Planned, launched and grew corporate newsletter reaching 10,000 prospects and customers.

Spearheaded the new corporate newsletter for brand awareness, traffic generation and lead nurturing. I project managed it as a cross-functional initiative, coordinating efforts and gathering content from various teams, suppliers, and stakeholders including:


  • C-suite executives and company spokespeople

  • Thought leaders and subject matter experts

  • Design, social media, and marketing operations teams

Open rates quadrupled year-on-year from 7% to 30%.

This was achieved through A/B testing, list refinement and segmentation, data analysis and content optimisation.
